Hearing Wales Narberth is the only independent Hearing Centre in West Wales.

Hearing Wales have always offered our home visit service to our customers in West Wales since we opened in 2009, but we felt that opening a bespoke hearing centre was crucial in providing additional local support and services. 

 

An important facility we wanted to provide to our customers was Micro Suction ear wax removal, and so we have bespoke consultation room on site offering this service. 

 

As in all our centres, we offer free hearing tests, and no obligation consultations with expert Audiologists. We have access to the latest hearing aid technology and regularly host open days for our customers to trial the technology for themselves.

ELKE TURNER – BRANCH COORDINATOR.

Elke is a our brilliant branch coordinator for Narberth and our West Wales domiciliary testing service. Living locally to our hearing centre, Elke really enjoys getting to know the locals and thinks of Narberth as a beautiful town that is a hub of activity for the surrounding rural locations. She welcomes people to pop into branch for a chat if they have any concerns about their hearing.  She also owns a farm nearby and certainly knows how to keep herself busy!

Our Audiologists have professional clinical experience and provide expert guidance to every customer with their hearing loss journey. All are registered with the Health Care and Professions Council and they pride themselves on their advanced training in the latest techniques to help combat hearing loss, including fitting the Phonak Lyric.
