Parking: There is some street parking available directly outside the clinic, but please check parking restrictions. If this is full, there is a large public car park with plenty of spaces just a 5 minute easy stroll away. It is located just behind Queens Hall, Narberth. Customer usually find parking very easily.
Accessibility: Our clinic has a ground floor level consulting room and is wheelchair friendly. Please let us know in advance if you would rather use the ground floor room.

Elke is a our brilliant hearing aid audiologist who leads our Narberth branch and has been a key member of our Hearing Wales team for many years. Living locally to our hearing centre, Elke really enjoys getting to know the locals and thinks of Narberth as a beautiful town that is a hub of activity for the surrounding rural locations. She welcomes people to pop into branch for a chat if they have any concerns about their hearing. She also owns a farm nearby and certainly knows how to keep herself busy! Elke is supported by Donna and Claire, and the rest of the wider Hearing Wales Team.

These are our fantastic hearing aid audiologists with many years of clinical experience.
Our team is led by Ben Davies, lead audiologist and Hearing Wales founder. All our audiologists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and are highly trained in the latest techniques to help manage hearing loss.
They are fully qualified to offer Microsuction ear wax removal at all five of our clinics in Swansea, Narberth, Newcastle Emlyn, Cardiff and Mumbles, and also have portable equipment for home visit appointments.
